Now, when you are faced with an issue and you seem to recall reading an insightful article about it somewhere, you can use our search bar to check it out. Odds are, if it deals with Illinois comp, employment or general liability law, we have written about it at some point in the past year or two.

Gene, your description of the work life of arbitrators is a little over the top. Most hearing sites as well as Chicago have little if any activity after noon each day. Further the complexity of issues is more due to obfuscation and creative lawyering by defense lawyers then whats required to deal with these cases. As John Roddy once said “this is not brain surgery”.
